Loree will be your guide during the session. A session typically starts by reviewing your intake form and intention setting for the session. Then you will be guided through a meditation, movement and from there your session will lead the way.
Guiding you to your "edge", we will see "what's happening now" in your body and see what it has to say.
You will gain insight into what your body has to say to you, and see how it relates to your everyday life.
You can leave with an action plan going forward and possible answers/reflections from the intention of your session.
Note: Please wear clothing that will be easy to move in.
